Project purpose: to provide HR managers from public bodies of Azerbaijan with theoretical and practical knowledge about modern management of human resources.
Since 2007, the Lithuanian Institute of Public Administration, in cooperation with the Public Security Department of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania is implementing the CEPOL (European Police College) European Police Officers’ Training Programme.
Programme purpose: to train the EU police officers through networking of responsible institutions and optimisation of their activities.
